Amanda Rothstein

Born and raised in the freezing Toledo Ohio, Amanda knew she was destined for much warmer weather. Amanda has lived/studied in Tel Aviv, Israel for 5 months and speaks some Hebrew. She attended the University of Arizona, where she studied Health Science and Social Sciences, and recently moved to San Francisco only 6 months ago to work at a Start Up.

Why is Amanda committed to raising money and awareness for HackCancer charities?

Amanda has had numerous family members affected by cancer throughout her life. Losing her cousin to cancer in 2009, Amanda has experienced firsthand the struggles and pain a family goes through. She welcomes the opportunity to help in any way she can, so that in the future, there will be less pain and suffering caused by this terrible disease.
